Below you can see an example of a Digital Download Blueprint.

Our digital downloads are designed to be as user-friendly as possible. We use 1-foot grid lines and include a helpful ruler so you can easily convert measurements when setting up your bed.

As with all of our products, we are focused on making Professional Design so easy even a beginner can do it.

Some companies only provide CAD layouts that require special software or difficult-to-measure 2D blueprints. We simplified this process by creating an easy-to-follow guide with special instructions.

But remember, if you don’t know which way to go, the printed Garden Maps can be installed up to 70% faster than measuring everything out by hand!

Make your driveway gorgeous with this magical garden. The balanced arrangement not only makes for beautifully dramatic driveway border landscaping but it can also be placed on both sides of a walkway.

In the front corner sits the delightful lily turf whose violet blossoms help accent the purple, orb-shaped flowers of the alliums that hover above. Playing off the purple are the violet-blue flowers of the agapanthus.

And we have to mention the stunning fountain grass that gets its name ‘Fireworks’ from the beautiful burgundy-purple blades and arching plumes.

Worried you won’t find the plants you need?

Making substitutions is now easier than ever with our in-store shopping cards!

The card contains a map with numbered locations and the plant recommended to fill each location. For each recommended plant, we have noted its type and mature spread.

You cannot find one of the recommended plants? Replace it with a plant of the same type and mature spread.

If you decide to replace any of the plants, write down the name of the replacement plant in the empty slot on the card for future reference.

FAQs

Should I start with seeds or plants?

Whether you should start your garden with seeds or mature plants depends on several factors, including your gardening goals, experience level, budget, and patience. If you have the option, we recommend you start with mature plants for several reasons:

  • Instant garden: When you start with mature plants, your garden looks established and full right from the beginning. If you’re planting trees or shrubs for shade or privacy, starting with mature plants can provide instant results.
  • Faster results: Mature plants typically produce flowers, fruits, or vegetables sooner than plants grown from seeds.
  • Less effort: Adult plants need less maintenance than seedlings. Additionally, starting from seeds often requires setting up indoor growing spaces with appropriate lighting, temperature control, and ventilation.
